A second paralegal position within the fraud and serious crime department has become available at CM Solicitors.
CM Solicitors require a paralegal to join their growing white collar crime department. They are looking for a dynamic, intelligent paralegal to assist the Director of the fraud and serious crime department with large scale fraud cases.
The applicant must have completed a degree in law. They must have commenced the LPC (part time) or have completed the LPC. CM Solicitors will consider applicants who are due to start the LPC part time in the next academic year.
The applicant must have a keen interest in criminal law and will be expected to have knowledge of white collar crime from their own research.
The successful applicant will have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, be tenacious and go the extra mile for our clients.
They will be expected to travel throughout England and Wales as CM Solicitors is a national firm and regularly take instructions from clients across the country. A full UK driving licence is a must.
CM Solicitors expect the highest standard of professionalism from their employees. Attention to detail is crucial to this role along with having the ability to think outside the box. You must be proactive not just reactive.
