David Secker was caught using two mobile phones whilst driving on a 70mph road near Norwich.

Mr Secker was seen to be speaking to someone on one mobile phone and texting on the other and as a result has been banned from driving for 12 months. His 12 month ban also included the offence of driving with no insurance and he received a £150 fine and 14 penalty points.

When police pulled Mr Secker, he made them wait so he could finish his phone conversation. He was found guilty of driving without insurance, using a mobile phone and not having proper and reasonable control of his vehicle. Outside the Magistrates Court Mr Secker stated that he believed he had been treated fairly.
