Kevin Halligen – Extradition Proceeding

Carter Moore represent Kevin Halligen in extradition proceedings brought by The United States of America. The USA have requested that Mr Halligen be extradited there in order for him to be tried there on allegations which he vehemently denies. Jeremy Moore, head of the criminal defence team at Carter Moore Solicitors, is appealing these extradition proceedings in the High Court.
