Jeremy Moore is the Managing Partner of Carter Moore Solicitors. He has many years experience in representing clients charged with serious and complex offences including many high profile cases. He most recently acted for Barry George, convicted of the murder of Jill Dando, in his successful appeal proceedings and subsequently on his retrial where he was acquitted after having been incarcerated for 9 years.

Martyn Walsh

Martyn Walsh is a qualified solicitor and the Department Head of Motoring at CM Solicitors. He spent over 4 years employed as a uniformed police officer dealing with emergency calls and road traffic matters, where he received training in speed gun use, road traffic accident and pursuit policy. In 2002 Martyn left the Police and began working in Manchester for a large criminal fraud practice whilst studying to qualify as a solicitor.
