Selina Sanders

Selina joined Carter Moore Solicitors in 2008 and is the head of the Prison Law department. She has extensive experience in this area of the law and is regularly called upon to represent clients before the Parole Board, advocating in ‘Lifer’ hearings, recalls to prison and IPP tariff expiry matters.

Selina is regularly required to provide advice in relation to prisoners rights, sentence planning, re-categorisation, category A reviews and initiated complex judicial reviews. Selina has also worked on Crown Court matters and has assisted with successful high profile appeals.
