Rupert Budgen

Rupert is the Head of our Employment Department. He qualified as a solicitor in April 1999. He is a specialist employment solicitor with more than a decade’s experience of advising individuals and organisations on the full range of problems arising at work.

Rupert joined Carter Moore in 2011 after spells as a solicitor in the Employment Departments of two firms in Liverpool, 5 years employed by a leading consultancy as an employment tribunal representative and a period of self- employment as an employment law and HR consultant and legal trainer.

He has extensive experience representing both Claimants and Respondents in the Employment Tribunal. He will also be more than happy to provide training on any employment or HR issue.
