Nicola Hepworth

Nicola initially qualified as a barrister and was called to the Bar in 2005. She began practicing in Serious and Complex Crime where she worked on cases involving murder, GBH, robbery, sexual offences and fraud.

Nicola joined Carter Moore Solicitors in 2009 and continues to work on the most serious criminal cases and also conducts confiscation proceedings, handling multi million pound POCA’s.

In addition to Crown Court matters Nicola works on appeals against sentence and conviction. Nicola has now successfully cross qualified as a solicitor but as a member of the Bar she has been able to build excellent working relationships with Counsel meaning she is ideally placed to ensure clients are represented not only by the best firm but also by the best barrister to suit to the needs of the case.
