Carl Millar
The road traffic team is managed by Carl Millar, who has recently joined Carter Moore from Geoffrey Miller Solicitors where he was the team leader and manager in the road traffic department. He has personally conducted numerous trials & supervised the whole spectrum of motor offence cases from speeding matters to allegations of Death by Dangerous Driving.

A number of his cases have been the subject of national press coverage.

Carl regularly takes part in charity runs and other fundraising events for good causes.

Mark Carter
Mark is the Senior Partner of Carter Moore Solicitors and is a well respected and highly experienced solicitor. He was called to the Bar in 1991 and qualified as a solicitor in 1995. Mark has a wealth of experience in defending high profile crime and fraud cases. His skills have been brought to the road traffic team enabling us to handle road traffic cases to the standards of excellence to which we always strive.

Jeremy Moore
Jeremy Moore is the Managing Partner of Carter Moore Solicitors. He has many years experience in representing clients charged with serious and complex offences including many high profile cases. We are also proud of Jeremy's work in representing persons who have been wrongly convicted of serious offences. He most recently acted for Barry George, convicted of the murder of Jill Dando, in his successful appeal proceedings and is assisting him in preparing for the retrial.

Tara Boyle
Tara joined Carter Moore from Geoffrey Miller Solicitors. Tara has an extensive knowledge of technical defences available for all motor offences. She provides definitive advice and has a reputation for her keen attention to detail and meticulous case preparation. She has acted for a broad range of clients in often complicated cases.
