Defendant's Costs Order
If you are ultimately found not guilty or have charges dropped against you, you will be entitled to apply for a 'Defendant's Costs Order'. When granted, this order will allow you to recover all or part of any legal fees you have paid to Carter Moore.

At Carter Moore Solicitors we recognise that everybody's case and circumstances are different. For this reason, we always decide fees on a case by case basis depending on the complexity and our clients' particular needs

Initial written overview for a fixed fee
We offer all our clients the option of an initial written overview of their case for a fixed fee. This enables many of our clients to take a decision about the future conduct of their case and can often save much time and money.
